Franchise operations begin only after completing mandatory professional training. Training is provided either online or via a Training Center visit, whichever is applicable to your location and plan.

To enhance customer experience and support revenue growth, franchise partners are advised to stock complementary bakery items such as biscuits and rusk alongside tea.

A minimum of 15 KG of tea stock must be maintained at all times to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Business के सुचारू संचालन के लिए Minimum 15 KG Tea Stock बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Partial or unverified payments will not initiate order processing.
Payment Verification Complete होने के बाद ही Order Confirm किया जाएगा।
50% advance payment is required upfront at the time of order. The remaining 50% must be paid within 10 days.
Orders are dispatched within approximately 5–7 days of confirmation. The full stock setup is ready and dispatched within approximately 15 days.

The first full setup transport is free for locations within 500 KM from Vapi. All subsequent stock orders and restocking deliveries will incur standard delivery charges, regardless of distance.
Vapi से 500 KM तक पहली बार का Full Setup Transport निःशुल्क है। इसके बाद आने वाले सभी Stock/Products पर Delivery Charges लागू होंगे।
The FSSAI License issued under this franchise arrangement is valid for 2 years. Renewal after expiry is the sole responsibility of the franchise partner.
FSSAI License 2 वर्ष के लिए Valid रहेगा। उसके बाद Renewal की जिम्मेदारी Franchise Partner की होगी।
All franchise partners must strictly follow applicable local, state, and national laws. Sale or distribution of any illegal goods or substances is strictly prohibited under this franchise.
Netaji Chai Company bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the franchise partner's non-compliance with applicable laws.
किसी भी प्रकार का गैर-कानूनी सामान बेचना सख्त मना है। यदि ऐसा पाया गया तो Netaji Chai Company जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
If a franchise partner is found to be operating against government regulations, their license may be cancelled without prior notice. Any goods seized or operations suspended due to non-compliance will not be eligible for a refund.
सरकारी नियमों के विरुद्ध कार्य करने पर License रद्द किया जा सकता है। जप्त या बंद किए गए सामान का Refund देय नहीं होगा।
